    The Quays Complex, Sebel Hotel and Heritage Hotel Complex. This business model provides a diverse yet tailored accommodation to fit our target corporate market. In turn, this serves you as an owner to a greater extent.

  • Short - Medium - Long Term Accommodation

    Our business model is tailored to concentrate on corporate clientele, so we offer any length of tenancy to suit our clienteles’ schedule. Our market focus allows us to achieve higher nightly occupancy rates.

  • Hotel Like Service

    We are the only company to meet and greet our guests and offer a hotel like service which creates a more memorable interaction, promoting the ability to book direct and cater for our guests to offer a VIP service.

  • Onsite House Keeping

    Our onsite housekeeping allows us to provide an immediate service upon request for our corporate clients for Stay Ltd Management only. This also means we are able to offer up to $100 cheaper cleaning fees which, in return, allows us to achieve a higher nightly rate – thus greater return on your investment.

  • Large Clientele Base

    We are based in the Viaduct and Heritage complex only, to ensure a prompt and specialised service for our target market. Return clientele are incentivised by booking direct to avoid booking site fees, resulting in higher occupancy rates and progressively higher nightly rates.

  • Quality Control Checks

    We have introduced quality control checks after the completion of each clean prior to guest arrival to maintain our high guest reviews. In addition to this, we have introduced in-depth monthly inspections to spot any potential wear and tear to ensure the property remains to a high caliber for our guests. This is also an opportunity to provide a report for the owners so they can check in on their property even if they are out of the area.
